Here is where you will find the descriptions of the official decision making bodies within the church.  

SESSION
- the session is made up of a chair person,clerk of session and appointed members
-  duties are to oversee the spiritual interests of the pastoral charge or congregation.

OFFICIAL BOARD
- the official board includes all members of committees in the pastoral charge and one representative from the United Church Women.
- duties are to submit to the pastoral charge for it's consideration reports of life and work including a full statement of receipts and expenditures of indebtedness and estimates of the ensuing year. 

BOARD OF STEWARDS
- the board of stewards are elected for their Christian character and ability to transact the temporal and financial business of the pastoral charge. 
- this board also includes one representative from the United Church Women.
